The furniture that we use in the lounge & family rooms is designed to work in any type of property, from new spec homes to ex-rentals that have been renovated, or ready for a do-up. 

As you'll see in the example photos we use the same furniture in all the houses that we stage. This includes locally manufactured lounge suites, upholstered in a fabric from the Charles Parson range. The fabric works with any colours that have been used to decorate the interior of the property. 

The lounge suites are transported as pieces and re-assembled at your property. This means that we can fit everything through a standard front door, carried by one person. As a consequence this eliminates the risk of damage to walls & floors while furniture is being moved. It also means that we can keep our prices reasonable as everything can be moved in a standard van and can be set up by one person.
