How long does the staging take to set up?

It typically takes us about 2 hours to setup a property.

Is the staging insured?

We offer insurance at a cost of $100+gst. This covers the hirer for full re-instatement of the staging if the house is burgled. If this occurs we will require a police report to be provided before the staging will be replaced. There will also be a delivery fee of $120+gst. Nb: If there is no sign of a break-in i.e. keys are used to access the building the insurance will be void and it will be the responsibility of the hirer to replace the staging at the full retail cost of the items that have been taken. The hirer is welcome to provide their own insurance.
